Welcome to Permabullish. By accessing or using our platform at permabullish.com or our WhatsApp service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About the Service

Permabullish is an AI-powered stock research platform that generates analytical reports on publicly listed stocks. Reports are delivered via our web platform and WhatsApp. The service is operated by Permabullish (contact: mail@mayaskara.com).

2. Not Financial Advice

All content generated by Permabullish — including stock reports, bull/bear cases, financial summaries, and any other analysis — is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of regulated financial guidance.

  • We are not a SEBI-registered investment advisor.
  • Past performance of stocks mentioned is not indicative of future results.
  • Always conduct your own due diligence before making any investment decision.
  • Consult a qualified financial advisor before investing.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Permabullish. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others or allow others to use your subscription.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscription fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  • Subscriptions are for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
  • Payments are processed securely by Cashfree. We do not store your payment details.

6. Usage Limits

Each subscription tier includes a monthly report limit. Limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused reports do not carry over. We reserve the right to adjust limits with notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our reports or data at scale.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with our systems.
  • Resell access to our platform or reports.

8. WhatsApp Service

By messaging Permabullish on WhatsApp, you consent to receiving stock research reports and related messages from us via WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by sending "STOP". Standard WhatsApp data terms apply.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Permabullish, including AI-generated reports, is owned by or licensed to us. You may use reports for personal research only. Redistribution or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Stock data is sourced from third-party providers and may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Permabullish shall not be liable for any investment losses, financial damages, or indirect losses arising from your use of our reports or platform.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
